West shore, Lake Tahoe | Completed: 2017

This cabin teardown and rebuild features 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, loft, family room, and extra-large laundry & storage areas. Modeled after the European Passive Haus concept, the energy efficiency and interior environment far exceed California standards. The clean, modern finishes create a light and airy space while still maintaining a cozy cabin vibe. Large triple pane windows provide natural light throughout and exceptional views of the large pines.
