Tahoma, California | Completed: 2021

The complete rehabilitation of an iconic West Shore community landmark included structural rebuild, repair, and both interior and exterior renovations. Upgrades included all new food service equipment and a new floor plan. The multi-use building includes a 2-bedroom apartment, office, and over 5,000sf of retail space. We are proud to be part of the restoration of the market & deli that has been serving the Tahoma community for over 70 years.
