This efficient design was popular in Tahoe during the 1970’s but the current owners, a couple with a growing family, wanted a floor plan that would better accommodate their modern needs. The remodel created an open floor plan that takes advantage of the views into the giant cedars surrounding the home. New exterior finishes complete the modernization of this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with a home office and an efficiently designed mudroom entry.
