The latest addition to the West Shore, many years in the making, this new bar & lounge is opening soon! Evolve Design Works navigated the Placer County & TRPA Planning, Permitting, Design and Structural Engineering for this project. The renovation included reconstruction of the south portion of the building to create a second level, capturing vital floor area above the new kitchen space. A complete structural rehabilitation of the existing building was implemented. New windows, doors, siding and roofing throughout bring the building back to life to serve this community for generations to come. We are proud to be part of the revitalization of the Tahoe Park neighborhood.
