The quintessential West Shore lakefront with an Old Tahoe style, seamlessly blended with modern touches. Evolve Design Works completed the TRPA Planning, Design and Structural Engineering for this unique property nestled in the tall cedars of the West Shore. The exposed structural trusses in the living room feature forged metal details by Bushey Ironworks. The open main level invites essential natural daylight through the large south windows and maintains unobstructed views of Lake Tahoe.
