lakeview nest

Tahoe City, California | Completed 2017

This large home underwent an extensive renovation. In reconfiguring the interior, we sought to maximize views and expand the functional outdoor space. The 4-bedroom, 4.5 bathroom, entertainment room, home office, laundry, and large storage space tucked below the pre-existing garage showcase modern touches while maintaining a comfortable mountain feel.
