In collaboration with Alex Tolger, founder and owner of Truckee’s first commissary kitchen, Evolve provided planning, design, and engineering for this large commercial kitchen facility. Including 6 commercial kitchen spaces, drive-bay for loading, wash station, conference room, office space, and ADA restrooms, the kitchen is now open and operating as a functional space for hosting gatherings.
